Our Mission
We pride ourselves in helping each individual athlete or client feel better, move more efficiently, live a healthier lifestyle, or increase performance in their sport.
The Optimal Fitness staff are certified through national accreditation programs, both as strength and conditioning coaches as well as personal trainers. As a staff, OFIT looks at every client individually, whether they're a high school or college athlete, weekend warrior, or someone trying to better themselves. And each program is designed and implemented around the individual, their goals, and their needs.
